We are your partners in delivering a multitude of quality health care services to patients in their homes. ULSALLCARE works with Doctors, Home Health agencies, Hospices, IPAs, etc., to help them achieve their patient's individual health goals. ULS's Health Service Providers educate patients on the importance of compliance and advocates on their behalf to their PCP, Medical Group and Health Plan when necessary. It is important to us that we help patients minimize gaps in their care while satisfying HEDIS, CMS Star and other quality measures.
Our team is made up of top-of-the-line Physicians, Mid-level providers, Phlebotomists, Medical Assistants, LVNs and Care Coordinators.
